Mcdonald'S New Menu 2024.  — mcdonald's is saying hello to three brand new items in chains nationwide as well as the return of seven more very missed items. Of course no birthday is complete without a cake, and to mark their 50th birthday, mcdonald's has launched a new birthday cake.
